latte butter started with a frustration: coffee syrups taste like candy, flavored creamers are full of stuff we wouldn't put in our food otherwise, and powders never quite dissolve. we wanted something honest. so we made it. honey-based, hand-poured into glass jars, made fresh in small batches in saratoga springs.
